The Fasanella Real Estate Agency has accrued more than 80 years of experience in the Italian real estate market. Having entered into this market initially as contractor and developer, the family acquired a practical working knowledge of the market´s technical formalities and subsequently in 1974 the Fasanella Real Estate Agency was founded by Mrs. Caterina Trentini who accumulated her great experience in the real estate sector working with her father and husband and then added that experience to the real estate educations of her daughters.

The Fasanella Real Estate Agency is a family owned and managed business, now directed by the eldest daughter Fabia Trentini with the collaboration of her sister Livia. The mother continues to be an active part of the business.

The Fasanella Real Estate Agency concentrates in the territory designated as the Riviera of the Lemons, (The Lemon Coast) so called for it´s extensive lemon agriculture. This territory is located on the Brescia side of the beautiful Lake of Garda.
